Chris never tried to push any particular car but was most interested in what we wanted. There was another dealer that gave us a good price but Chris was able to beat it. My husband took me there to see the cars and I met Chris Wildgoose. He was really friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get the color and interior we wanted and so we decided to buy our new car from Chris at Suburban. You could tell that Chris was concerned that we be happy with our new car. He explained how all the features worked, but again, he never pushed us to go with a different car than the one we wanted. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Chris, and we also wanted to mention how nice the sales manager, James Gerrard, was too. Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new car. We will definitely be recommending them to friends, family and associates. More
