Amazing experience. I was told what services were due, how much each service would cost and an ETA. The dealer is closer than the dealer I purchased the vehicle from 6 years ago so it was a bit more convenient to have it serviced there this time. The service person who discussed the required maintena vehicle from 6 years ago so it was a bit more convenient to have it serviced there this time. The service person who discussed the required maintenance was excellent. The only problem, and it is one that I am a bit confounded with, is that the initial quote for the service was substantial, so I looked into such service costs online and through another dealer before I called the person back. On that call I indicated that the costs were way too high. After a few hours, he came back with a quote that was 42% LOWER than the original. While I am confident all 5 required maintenance deliverables were handled properly, the experience is something to ponder.... More

James was amazing with helping me! I was able to get in and out with my loaner while they repaired a recall on my vehicle. He answered all of my questions and even had a suggestion on I was able to get in and out with my loaner while they repaired a recall on my vehicle. He answered all of my questions and even had a suggestion on how to fix my Android Auto issues! He called me when there was an issue with my car and provided me with updates. I called on the weekend and didn't leave a message, just wanted to check on my vehicle. Two days later, I received a follow up call to make sure that I was helped. Excellent customer service! I look forward to working with Zeigler BMW in the future! More
