My wife and I made our first contact with James Herrera on Saturday 3-15 2020 while in the showroom. .James was the most pleasant salesman I have ever dealt with in many years of buying cars. He was extremely patient and informative in describing the Rx350 we there to see. He was above and beyond in describing all the new technology to us. James then let my wife take a test drive for another 45 minutes, which solidified our decision on the vehicle. I told James we would talk the next day. We purchased the vehicle on Sunday with very little but very fair negotiation. This was our fourth purchase of a Lexus and the experience with James and his colleagues exceeded all expectations. The pickup of the vehicle was superb and they even had a technology expert ( Jose) spend an hour with us going over the complexities of the technology setup. I have now recommended two potential buyers to Rallye and of course to contact James. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, which is rare in this business, Go to Rallye and see James Herrera. More

Went in for a no cost service and was told that - coincidentally - there was a nail in my tire and I needed a new tire, which of course cost a lot of money. Then, the wait was extra long because it coincidentally - there was a nail in my tire and I needed a new tire, which of course cost a lot of money. Then, the wait was extra long because it appeared that the mechanics were on a break for lunch! Snacks at that time were only gummy candy things. The Lexus dealer on 110 in Farmingdale always has bagels or donuts. By the time we left we were irritated, annoyed and hungry. More
