It was not what I wanted and the whole process was stressful. I am happy that I chose Heiser Toyota and I had the pleasure of having James Hicks as my sales consultant. He made the buying experience stress-free and answered all of my questions. He was very detailed when explaining the features of the car and I felt very comfortable making my final decision to purchase the car. I did not expect to take delivery so soon but I was confident that I was making the right decision after working with James. Picking up the car was also stress-free. James was there and took care of the final details to putting on the license plates. Wonderful My family and I were looking for a minivan and my mom had recently bought a minivan from Heiser Toyota. She suggested that we should work with her sales rep James. I was so happy that she suggested it, he not only found us a minivan he found us a great Sienna in our price range. I thought that it would be months before we had any luck finding a Sienna I our price range. We were so lucky to be working with James because he worked hard to find it for us. It only was a couple weeks and it is a beauty. Also, the dealership is very clean, everyone is polite and welcoming. They have free snacks and beverages, which I have never seen at any of the other dealerships. More

I was the last one out of the dealership that night (even after many employees had left) because the finance guy who I had an appointment with bumped me for a pretty young woman. My advice, close your deal early in the day! More
