My family and I have been buying cars from Koons Toyota in Tysons for over 15 years now and we have never been disappointed with their service - not even once! Whether it's buying or looking at cars, servi in Tysons for over 15 years now and we have never been disappointed with their service - not even once! Whether it's buying or looking at cars, servicing cars, or anything else - they've always done an outstanding job of taking care of us and making sure we're satisfied. The other day when we brought our car in for servicing it was no different as Mr. James Kim went above and beyond to help my family and I and made sure we were truly taken care of. He kept us updated throughout the time that our vehicle was in servicing and made sure that we made the necessary repairs that were needed so we don't have to keep coming back. We really felt appreciated, welcomed, and comfortable. Till date our family has bought 5 brand new cars from Koons Toyota at Tysons simply because we truly think they're service is outstanding in every way. Another thing to point out is that while dealerships are more expensive than other garages, gas stations, and auto repair workshops, their quality though is much better than possibly any other place you'd take your car for servicing. At least you don't have to worry about your car being used for personal use while you leave it for service at those other places, at least you can rest at ease that the work is *actually being done*, at least you can rest assured that your vehicle is in the hands of really professionals, at least you don't have to worry about the false promises, at least you're not being lied to and taken for a ride, at least you have a feeling of safety and security that you can drive your vehicle on the road without it having to break down on you because the work was not done properly or not done at all. We cannot express our gratitude enough to Koons Toyota at Tysons. Thank you very much. And thank you James Kim for your outstanding service. The car is running great without any problems. Almost as if it was a brand new car - no exaggeration. More
