And did I mention my wife is a medical professional and was also on call? They hemmed and hawed and dragged their heels the whole way. 6-1/2 hours for something that could have been accomplished in 2 or 3. They were polite enough except finance, who by that time realized I wasn’t buying any ‘extras’ wasn’t much more than cordial. The endless 30-45 minute waits between brief visits with the salesman. Nearly walking out two or three times. Them playing us against each other once they saw they were wearing us down. Regardless, I got a great car for a great price and in addition to 2 years of certified pre owned coverage left from the dealer, I got a fantastic platinum level service agreement through my credit union that covers the life of the loan with only a $50 deductible. More
