Time well spent Phil Long was the fourth dealership that I had went to looking for the Ranger that I wanted. We were greeted at the door with a very friendly staff a Phil Long was the fourth dealership that I had went to looking for the Ranger that I wanted. We were greeted at the door with a very friendly staff and a great atmosphere to walk into. We dealt with Joe Reiner who was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and very personable to work with. Every step of the way our time was taken into account (even dealing with finance). No BS or high pressure anywhere. When Joe knew we were going to be a bit to get into a finance person his answer was not to leave us waiting, but "let's go hook your phone in and set up your truck". There was not a question that he couldn't answer to my satisfaction. I would recommend Joe Reiner and Phil Long to anyone looking for a car or truck. We will definately be back. My husband already has a truck that he wants to talk to Joe about and even though we ended up over two hours away from home to get here, we will make that trip anytime! More
