The whole process started out on the good side. Then it went slowly down hill. I purchased as my salesman called it a very solid vehicle a 1015 yukon with 109555 miles on it for 27000.00 the test d Then it went slowly down hill. I purchased as my salesman called it a very solid vehicle a 1015 yukon with 109555 miles on it for 27000.00 the test drive went well every thing seemed to work so i purchased the vehicle. The day after i got it the left turn signal started to work sporadically. I called my salesman and he said he had to check with his manager. I had to call him again a day later to have him say bring it in and they will look at it. In the mean time the touch sceen on the intela link started acting up so imade a choice to do the tail lights my self and ask them to fix the screen. When i took it to them the manager said that does not have a warranty but i will give you a complimentary diagnostic. So we went to the service deck to make an appointment for the diagnostic which is what i thought i was there for. Apparently not. Now i have 2 employees that bought cars from different dealers around the same time. Both of them got older vehicles with more miles and both of them had major problems and the dealers fixed them. That is what good service is. This dealer does not know or care about service unless you spend mega bucks on a new GMC. More
