From start to finish, my experience at Audi Fort Lauderdale was genuinely exceptional. Purchasing a vehicle—especially while navigating a credit rebuild—can be stressful, but this team made the enti Lauderdale was genuinely exceptional. Purchasing a vehicle—especially while navigating a credit rebuild—can be stressful, but this team made the entire process feel seamless, respectful, and surprisingly empowering. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Devon Stone, who was phenomenal throughout the entire journey. Devon embodies professionalism with warmth. Her communication was clear, her tone reassuring, and her approach thoughtful and thorough. It was evident that she invested real time and effort into understanding my financial situation and advocating on my behalf with the banks to secure the best possible outcome. Beyond her undeniable professionalism, Devon has a calm, welcoming presence that instantly puts you at ease—something that truly elevates the car-buying experience. I felt supported, informed, and valued every step of the way. I’m also incredibly thankful for James Phillips, who was equally outstanding. James was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with, which made the final stages of the process feel comfortable and transparent. What truly stood out, however, was his willingness to go above and beyond even after the deal was essentially complete. James took the initiative to revisit the financing, spoke with the bank again, and successfully reduced my APR from 23% to 19%—a change that made a meaningful difference in my monthly payment. That level of care, follow-through, and integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. Because of Devon and James, purchasing my Audi Q5 was not only smooth, but genuinely enjoyable. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication turned what could have been a daunting process into a positive and confidence-building experience. I’m extremely grateful to both of them and would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Fort Lauderdale to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts people first. More
