*** BE AWARE **** We had a very bad experience purchasing a car at this dealer, very dishonest, numbers are not clear, lies, they do not return your calls , they blame the manager, later the sales purchasing a car at this dealer, very dishonest, numbers are not clear, lies, they do not return your calls , they blame the manager, later the salesperson, then the finance manager.... cannot give you a simple explanation of how they got to the purchase price (that off course was inflated). they are soooo shady that the manager offered a $ 1000 refund check for us to stop calling. By the way check never received, and what kind of business cannot explain a price and offers a 1K refund.... ? very shady... We did formally report it to Audi corporate, is such a shame this people are ruining a trusted brand. We will not be coming back here when is time to get a new car. More
