Yes and no. Yes because the sales people were pretty decent. No because of the overall treatment. I love dealing with great sales people but isnt that kind of part of their job description?? My family and I had recently upgraded to a bigger SUV due to upsizing our family. We saw the car online and was able to work a deal out over the phone since the dealership was close to 3hrs away from where we lived. We ended up driving down to the dealership and the car was a perfect fit for us. The interior condition wasn't the cleanest...in fact I found a hand full of pretzels, a funion, and a vanilla crispy wafer underneath the third row seat. There were also fingerprints all over the back windows. They had the car go back to get detailed and brought it back from being detailed 45min later. Quick detail job I know. I inspected it and found the same food in the back seat and fingerprints. Also there was sand in the creveses of the seats. So I pointed it out and they took it back again. 20 minutes later it came back. Only found 2 pretzels this time and the sand was still there. Instead of having them send it back for the 3rd time I knew it wasn't going to come back any cleaner. So that was strike number 1. After the deal closed it was still daytime and we were unable to see that the front windshield had a hazy coat on it which made it very unsafe to drive at nighttime due to the glare from the oncoming headlights. My husband and I decided that since we were already going to have to pay someone to detail our car since the dealership failed to do, we would see if the detailer could get that film off. He wasn't able too so the windshield was considered damage. My husband called the dealership and they took a couple days to work something out. They needed us to drive to the next city, which is an hour there and an hour back, to pay out of our pockets to get the windshield replaced. They would reimburse us of course but the fact that we have had close to $600 come out of our pockets 3 days after buying the car, not cool. $250 detail job, $292 for windshield, and $50 for the gas we used to drive and get the windshield. We were only reimbursed for the windshield. Just dissapointed that they didnt take responsibility for all of the out of pocket costs. No one should drive away with a new car having to get it professionally detailed themselves on their own time and money. I should have never even had to send the car back to get re detailed. It should have been in mint shape as is. In conclusion if you want to leave the dealership driving a like new car and a safe one, I might add, probably shouldn't go to this one. We've bought a handful of cars over the last 10 years and have never been unsatisfied like we were with this purchase. More

We had been searching from county to county for a great 4 runner but saw Santa Barbara Lexus had one in every aspect of what we were looking for as far as color, third row, fully loaded and leather. However the car had more miles than we had originally wanted but other than that it was perfect. I gave them a call to check the availability and spoke with an Aaron Vazquez. I explained we were Interested in checking it out but my husband wouldn’t be home til close to closing. Aaron made time to come and meet us regardless and show us the car. He worked with us and gave us a great deal we couldn’t refuse.We absolutely love our car! They made the whole process as simple as car buying can be possible from start to finish. Aaron got us finalized and out the door with great time considering how late. James Porter the sales manager closed our sale out with no run-around, didn’t try and rack up the numbers. Total transparent deal what they said we paid is exactly what we did. I honestly felt like everyone left happy. They will be our first go to dealership when we decide to shop in the future. Thank you Aaron and Everyone at Lexus for giving us our dream car. Hands down the best place to buy a car! More
