Transmission program upgrade I took this truck in for an upgrade on the transmission because of a downshift problem into 1st gear. Lack of knowledge on service reps Your staff should be knowledgeable on the vechile being picked up for service. I asked if they checked all my windows and there seals and I was told n Your staff should be knowledgeable on the vechile being picked up for service. I asked if they checked all my windows and there seals and I was told no why would we do that. Also rep said look they did a great job on the seal is tighter now as he was pulling on the door when they changed the rubber on my window. Also had no clue what a ultrasonic test was. I had to tell him what it did. Second time in and both times made to feel my concerns were not important and not wanting to really have them checked out. Made excuses for everything it said. Patrick is the only one with knowledge and listened to everything I had to say. He was wonderful James was very nice and polite but had no glue what was fixed on my car More

Service on truck. Service center is on the side of building easy to access , pull through bays and very clean . Several service advisories., my was James Stecker He was friendly ,knowable and ready to take care of my truck needs. I waited just over an hour and the truck was ready, oil change, tire rotation and washed. James made sure everything was taken care and set up my next appointment. Everything at this dealership is 1st class. More
