Problem with windshield wipers I had the pleasure of dealing with James in your service department. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly but most of all he took the ti I had the pleasure of dealing with James in your service department. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly but most of all he took the time the time to understand our issues and made certain the issues with our vehicle was corrected. Service experience I informed the service writer I could not find my wheel lock to rotate my tires. He informed the technician who took the time to find the lock. After service the tech informed he had found the lock, rotated my tires and put the lock on my glove box. More
