James worked patiently with me even though I accidentally didn't show up for a weekend appointment. When I did call to reschedule, he graciously accepted my apology and set a new appointment. Later, he discussed the financing options and introduced me to Krystie for final processing. I have had to call James a few times after I took the car home.
