Service with a smile I was quoted a four-hour wait to put on four new tires. They gave me a loaner car but the job was completed in only two. They also lowered the charges from my original quote. Everyone there is nice and the work was done as promised. Of course, the car wash is a bonus. More

A1 Service Service personnel were all very courteous and helpful. I was greeted promptly and service on my car was quick. Had purchased accessories installed after recent purchase Jami was very nice and helpful. Had roof rails and mud flaps installed. Were purchased with new RDX but had to be ordered. Had to call to find Jami was very nice and helpful. Had roof rails and mud flaps installed. Were purchased with new RDX but had to be ordered. Had to call to find out when parts were in. Left car at service center and was given a loaner. Installation of accessories was very good. however, car was dirty inside from work done. had to vacuum interior when I got home. Also car had not been washed...thought this was part of normal service visits...may be wrong here. No big deal, I'm sure future appointments will be fine. More

A/C service A/C wasn't cooling, I quickly got an appointment. I was setup with a courtesy car for the day. My A/C problem was covered under the warranty. Odd Issue, Resolved Professionally, for the most part I had, what sounded like, a bolt rolling around in my passenger's side front door for 2 years. I finally decided to mention it at my oil change appoi I had, what sounded like, a bolt rolling around in my passenger's side front door for 2 years. I finally decided to mention it at my oil change appointment along with an issue with my key fob dying shortly after changing the battery. When I was checked in the guy suggested buying a battery from Acura for the key fob issue because they are "supposed" to be better than something you'd buy at Walmart. Said it should last about 3 years or so. Only cost me $6 to try out that theory so I was pleased. My car was at Acura for 3 hours before they let me know my car was ready. (oil change + 1hour service appointment for the bolt-sound issue. I wasn't very happy with the response I got regarding the sound bolt-sound issue. What I was told was that they did not hear anything and that I had items in my door pocket (generally where most people put the trash in their car). I would not have been upset had they just said "we don't hear anything so we can't look into it" but instead I was being told basically that I'm dumb enough to think that if I don't take the things out of my car door- that they won't roll around and make noise. I mean, COME ON! After asking about it before checking out, Todd got a little defensive with me and didn't want to hear my concern. He immediately pointed me to Jami. I was told by Jami that I could go out with a maintenance person to see if he could hear anything. Of course we went out and I didn't hear the sound but he did say that if I heard it to certainly bring it back in. I wish I remembered his name because he was very reassuring that I wasn't being a pain! By the next Monday the sound was back. So I reached out to Jami and she made an appointment for me within the next couple of days to bring it back in. She offered that if they didn't hear it initially, that they would keep the vehicle until they heard it and were able to solve the issue. I was given a courtesy vehicle as well which was convenient. They did end up finding out that there was a piece of candy - I know, really? - rolling around underneath my carpet. So a piece of candy had been driving me crazy for 2 years. I was VERY dissatisfied with the initial result. The response I got made me feel like they were just too busy to look into it further. But Jami was VERY quick to rectify the situation and made me feel like I wasn't being a bother. She did a good job to "make it right" and keep me as a returning customer! More

regular service I have worked with Jami in the past and I worked with Zach for this particular service appointment. Both individuals were extremely helpful and profe I have worked with Jami in the past and I worked with Zach for this particular service appointment. Both individuals were extremely helpful and professional. I would like to note especially, that in a previous appointment for issues with my headlights, Jami was amazing. She was able to take what would have been a very negative experience (and one that would have likely caused me to not purchase another Acura) and converted it into an exceptional experience...even though the situation was caused by someone else (who had left the dealership recently). I missed the opportunity to complete a survey at that time and just wanted to convey my appreciation for Jami at this time. More

Great last minute service I called the dealership after having a mishap with my car just hours before a planned weekend trip. Greg in parts assured me that they had what I needed in stock and put me in touch with Jami who made sure that I got in that morning to get the repair done so I could get on the road. Can't say enough about the great service I received after a not so great start to my day! More
