Always impressed I had come in on a Saturday for oil and 2 new tires. When the service manager Jamie, and techs took a look at my mini, they discovered the tires were I had come in on a Saturday for oil and 2 new tires. When the service manager Jamie, and techs took a look at my mini, they discovered the tires were still in pretty good shape and recommended only needing one replaced. I was ecstatic till after they put the tires on, yes the tech put two on instead of only one. Jamie felt so bad that he discounted the tires and service charges.. I still payed more than expected, but with everything that had been discounted, I still wLked away with a better then expected experience.. More

She also made sure that I had a ride home or a car to rent in case I needed transportation during the time my car was being repaired. Once the estimate came in Jamie made sure I understood everything. I’m very thankful that she was my advisor and I’m happy with all the work that they did at the Furman BMW Service department. More

Unconsidered service writer I have an appointment at 10am on 10/6 for annual maintenance and said to be wait to be complete. Service writer said about hour to hour and half. Waited at the lobby and by the time 11:30am came, no nothing. Walk to the front door and found my car parking there the whole time and then my service writer happen to have a chick-fill-a box walk right by me right into the break room. Would be like if she can give me back my car key so I can have some lunch as well. I have to ask someone else to completed the service order for me since she is so busy for her lunch instead of a customer who wait. More
