Rob provided every piece of information I asked for and clearly explained the differences between trim levels so I could make an informed choice. He gave me a great overview of the financing options available through Toyota Financial and made it clear that I was in complete control of the decision — never once trying to push or persuade me. Having purchased eleven vehicles in my life, I can confidently say this was the easiest and most comfortable transaction I’ve ever had. Even the finance process at the end was stress-free. The financial representative walked me through several extended warranty options in a very professional way, and because of his clear explanation, I decided to purchase one for long-term peace of mind. I’m also very happy with my decision to switch from my Ram 1500 to this Tacoma. While some might see it as a downsize, it actually fits my needs perfectly and saves me fuel on my daily commute.
