We come all the way from Dunedin next to Clearwater which Gulf-to-Bay Dodge dealer is close to us but we take go all the way to you for the excellent service that we get. I have recommended this dealership to several of my friends who have bought vehicles from Ferman Dodge of New Port Richey and I will continue to recommend because of the excellent service that we always receive that we always receive. Amazing Service We took our Chrysler 300 for routine maintenance and correction/ repair of a passenger airbag (recall notice). We had amazing service with Jamie! We We took our Chrysler 300 for routine maintenance and correction/ repair of a passenger airbag (recall notice). We had amazing service with Jamie! We scheduled the appointment, and found no delays on dropping the car off. Within a couple of hours, oil change/ routine service and the airbag repair were completed. Additionally, the vehicle was vacuumed and washed complimentary! We will continue to take both of our vehicles here for maintenance and any service needed, as it is very hard to find customer service as good as this anywhere else! More

Saturday Service Every time I am there I had issues. I don't recommend this location for service at all . I was schedule for transmission fluid change and for that Every time I am there I had issues. I don't recommend this location for service at all . I was schedule for transmission fluid change and for that reason I took a day off from my work . Unfortunately i was again misinformed about the price they said it will cost 180$ for service and then the price jumped to 750$ and I was told that even if I wanted this service done , it is not going to happen because they have to order parts ... I just left to find out that my car was left unlocked on the parking lot!! Very unprofessional attitude and poor management ! More

Only concern with vehicle that I thought might be resolved is my car has destroyed the first set of tires at 30,000 miles. I was told all cars and makes go through the first set of tires in 30,000 miles. I thought that this might be a warranty issue but was told it is not. More
