Rude Service I arrived for my appointment a few minutes late the service rep was rude saying I was late and that he didn’t think they could help me. I replied sayi I arrived for my appointment a few minutes late the service rep was rude saying I was late and that he didn’t think they could help me. I replied saying I was less than ten minutes late. I confirmed they were doing an oil change and also confirmed that my car would be washed and vacuumed since I requested it when I made my appointment Jamie said it would. I left my car at 11:40 and my car was picked up around 3:30. The car was washed on the outside but not vacuumed inside I immediately messaged the service rep and he didn’t respond. Also my car is still saying it needs an oil change. Finally when I got the message for the survey Jamie reached out to make sure my service was good and I told him no that I had text him after I picked up my car to say they didn’t vacuum it and that my car was still saying it needed and oil change and he never replied. He only contacted me back cause he wanted a good review. Try providing good service and then I will give you a good rating. More

Expensive Diagnostic Fee The service was fine and the employment lounge was nice however having to pay the $125 diagnostic fee for a half hour of work is way too high, I only The service was fine and the employment lounge was nice however having to pay the $125 diagnostic fee for a half hour of work is way too high, I only came to Dodge because I had to on the ABS light, otherwise I’ll go back to my normal mechanic for all other work. slow service the service advisor jesse did an outstanding job. however the service end of it really leaves a lot to be desired. I spent 3 hours there just to have the service advisor jesse did an outstanding job. however the service end of it really leaves a lot to be desired. I spent 3 hours there just to have a wheel hub on. that is just totally unacceptable. while I was there another customer was having 4 new tires put on. when we left she had already been there for 2 hours and no word of completion. the day before I was there for a very simple half an hour job. 3 hours later it was finally done. perhaps the people that set these appointments need some training as to how long things take to get done and stop over booking. that makes the 3rd bad experience I ve had and have had enough. excuses only go so far. I will never go there again for any reason period. More
