Although I received excellent customer service on Wednesday October 19th,from Melissa, Candy and Eric in Service it took 2 1/2 months and and me leaving multiple messages with no return phone calls Wednesday October 19th,from Melissa, Candy and Eric in Service it took 2 1/2 months and and me leaving multiple messages with no return phone calls to FINALLY get my car repaired. I never received a call back from Jaime as promised , and I also spoke to Jillian who said she would call me back - that didn’t happen either.. Follow through and complete the job! More
