Purchased a used vehicle with many issues. Dealership promised to get issues fixed. Dealership did fix everything I had noted was wrong but not without mass confusion. Lack of communication to me as well as eachother at the Dealership. I was in a rental for almost a month and a half which is great that I recieved a loaner car for the duration of fixes. Fixes on the other hand took a little bit of calming myself down. Was told vehicle was complete so I went to pick it up and it was not complete. 1hr and 30 mins each way. 50 miles each way. I spent countless hours on the phone with dealer and hundreds of miles driving to and from the dealership. Overall, everything was fixed, and I was provided a loaner during the time. Would be 5 stars but lack of communication brings this review way down More
