My visit for a guaranteed oil change and service visit started out fine with Rachel who scheduled the appointment. But when I came to pick up my Trax, no one could find it or the paperwork! I spent 20 m started out fine with Rachel who scheduled the appointment. But when I came to pick up my Trax, no one could find it or the paperwork! I spent 20 minutes while they looked for documents, looked for the car -- I found it on the lot -- and generally apologized for being disorganized. Another plus ----the mechanic was personable and apologetic instead of defensive. That was appreciated. Still, I am unlikely to bring my car back. More
