Horrible customer service in the sales department. They never went over the service report with me or gave me the service report. They left sticker in the car saying the oil change was over due. When I drove the car the night I bought it the interior lights didn't work. When I called no one would call me back including Chris the manager. They left the car on empty. I had to pull out of the lot and go straight to the gas station. I am finally dealing with a new manager that is helping. They will have my car for three weeks to fix the wiring. They did give me a car to drive with a busted windshield. I do not recommend this dealership! We are buying another car for my daughter and it definitely won't be with them. More

I was car searching for about a month until I made it to Crestmont Hyundai, and they were the ones who were finally able to close the deal. They got me approved for a better APR than I was being offered at Crestmont Hyundai, and they were the ones who were finally able to close the deal. They got me approved for a better APR than I was being offered at every other dealership I had been to, and they had exactly what I was looking for. Jared was a wonderful salesman. He helped me find the perfect car that matched all my criteria and wasn't out of my budget. He, along with the finance team and management, were all very friendly and helpful prior to the purchase and afterwards. I was looking for a lower mileage, 4 year old car or newer, with features that are apparently pretty hard to find in Ohio on my budget. And it had to have next to zero rust on it, underbody included. He found the perfect car for me and, a month later, I still love driving this thing! Chris and Luigi were the managers who helped me. My purchase was a bit of a special case. I was an out-of-state resident who needed a car ASAP. My car was totalled and I didn't have the time to fly back home, buy one there, and drive it back here. They helped me navigate through the difficulties of my situation with ease. The car I purchased needed a replacement sensor that was on backorder for a week, so I couldn't pick it up just yet, but they made sure I was taken care of during that time with a loaner vehicle. Kate was the finance manager who helped me pick out the best warranty and maintenance programs for me. I also got the Luxcare interior/exterior protection program. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had along the way. She also thoroughly explained the financial agreement and plans I purchased. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership so I had a lot of questions. All in all, I give this team 5 stars for doing such an outstanding job. Thank you, everyone at Crestmont Hyundai. There were plenty of other good dealerships and salespeople I interacted with during my search, some were mediocre, but this one takes the cake! More

Generally a good experience, except the most recent. I had a confirmed (by email) appointment at 1:30 in finance to buy out a lease. My confirmation said “I’ve set aside time to be sure I can give you I had a confirmed (by email) appointment at 1:30 in finance to buy out a lease. My confirmation said “I’ve set aside time to be sure I can give you the attention you need”, and I waited 2 hours til I was seen, ultimately left 2 hrs and 45 minutes after my appointment time, with paperwork completed. There was little communication during this period. Thankfully the finance staff had a sales associate help in the meantime, but he saw 3-4 of his appointments while he was trying to help me. Might have been a 3+ hour process otherwise. Also, I have 2 Hyundais, and they wrote up a contract for the wrong one. 90 minutes after my appointment, I walked to the front desk and asked when I would be seen, and one of the staff shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what do you want me to do, we are very busy”, which was certainly true. He was not professional. I guess the finance department saw clients first come first served, despite my appointment time. Had to cancel important work, as I assumed the process would take an hour or so, having been prepped, finance application completed online, copies of my driver’s license and insurance already submitted.
