I had an excellent experience at James Wood AutoPark The team was professional, friendly, and honest from start to finish. Always been a ford man. But once I talk to my sales person( older gray haired man.) The James Wood service department makes it simple and convenient to take care of our Chevy Spark. We receive both texts & emails to remind us when service is due, not to mention discount coupons that sav convenient to take care of our Chevy Spark. When we arrive at the service dept. we are always immediately greeted by Jared Laska, who is always courteous & professional. He listens to any concerns we have & always addresses them. Our vehicle is always ready sooner than expected & the cost is very fair. We always leave the service department of James Wood satisfied that our vehicle was competently serviced & glad that we bought our car at James Wood. More
