They provided me with a loaner car while mine was being repaired, which is the same level of service I would’ve expected at the dealer. In all, it was a smooth experience. Only thing keeping them from earning my 5 star rating is the fact that they didn’t wash the car when done. This is a detail in service I’ve come to expect, and though minor, still goes a long way. Especially when you've just made a very expensive repair. More

Understanding when things Don’t work. I took my Lexus AWD for front and rear differential service. The front bolt would not come off and started to strip. The bolt was also located in a ba I took my Lexus AWD for front and rear differential service. The front bolt would not come off and started to strip. The bolt was also located in a bad stop with not space to work with. Jared and Gabe analyzed the problem and quickly set up an appointment to have master mechanic look at and fix it. They were able to set up another appointment, ordered new bolt, and fix the car. I covered the service and alignment. Problem solved. More
