I have been in the automotive industry for 30 years. I enjoy Astros baseball with my boys, spending time with family and watching college football in the fall. I rejoined the Northside Lexus family in April of 2017 after spending 8 years as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. I spent 7 years of my career previously with the Northside Lexus team and I’m thrilled to be back! I am grateful and humbled to have the opportunity to serve my wonderful Lexus clients once again. I chose this dealership because this is where I bought my 2019 Lexus. My how things have changed, for the worst. My salesman didn’t even allow me to test drive the car I actually wound up buying! In his words: “Since you drive an NX, the RX is the same, just with more power.” Nothing could be further from the truth. It’s a completely different vehicle, in every way. I am ecstatic about my new RX, but after this buying experience, I can’t say for certain that I’ll be back. The dealership was very clean and organized. Once my mother and I arrived, no one came out to assist us, but we knew exactly what we wanted to look at. So we went to front desk and requested off their w mother and I arrived, no one came out to assist us, but we knew exactly what we wanted to look at. We told him the number on the vehicle we wanted to view and he immediately went to get the vehicle. Unfortunately we had to leave because my mom and I left our drivers license at a previous complex. But we returned the next day and Nick was with another customer and Jared helped us out to find what we needed! More
