I have been in the automotive industry for 30 years. I enjoy Astros baseball with my boys, spending time with family and watching college football in the fall. I rejoined the Northside Lexus family in April of 2017 after spending 8 years as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. I spent 7 years of my career previously with the Northside Lexus team and I’m thrilled to be back! I am grateful and humbled to have the opportunity to serve my wonderful Lexus clients once again. I look forward to helping each and every one of them experience that great Northside Lexus service that they all know and love.

It was a pleasure working with Jared Postma. I originally came to your dealership and spoke with Needham Shotwell( 2 visits) . He was very condescending and wasn’t willing to try and find the veh originally came to your dealership and spoke with Needham Shotwell( 2 visits) . He was very condescending and wasn’t willing to try and find the vehicle that I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. He told me the vehicle was no where to be found. I left there telling myself that I would never do business with your dealership. I received a phone call from Jared Postma regarding an online inquiry that I had done earlier in the week. I automatically told him that I would not do business with y’all Due to the way I was treated. He asked me if I would give him the chance To save the sale if he could find me the vehicle that I wanted for the right price. I said I would and Jared called me back within 10 minutes with the exact NX300 that I wanted. The vehicle arrived in a week, I came in, signed the paperwork and paid cash. Cuddos to Jared! More

The buying experience exceeded my expectations I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience my daughter and I had purchasing a Lexus UX 200 from your dealership. I live in Dallas and my da I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience my daughter and I had purchasing a Lexus UX 200 from your dealership. I live in Dallas and my daughter lives in Houston. I had contacted USAA concerning our purchase and Jared Postma contacted me via email. I did not respond at first because I thought I had a deal here in Dallas. Jared did send me a followup email and I decided to send the specifications on the car we desired. His pricing and maintenance offer were enough that I felt I needed to investigate further. Jared convinced me that Northside Lexus would take good care of my daughter so we made the deal over the phone. I drove to the dealership to meet my daughter and take delivery of the car and Jared and your dealership exceeded my exceptions. Jared was very professional and courteous. He conducted himself in such a way to instill trust with myself and my daughter. I will have to say it was the best buying experience I have had because of Jared. He represents your dealership very well. More

Outstanding Experience We were purchasing a new Lexus with a trade in for my daughter who lives in Houston. We were contacted by Jared Postma through the USAA Buying servic We were purchasing a new Lexus with a trade in for my daughter who lives in Houston. We were contacted by Jared Postma through the USAA Buying service. At first I did not respond because I thought we had a deal in Dallas. Jared did not give up on me and I decided to send the data on the car to him for pricing. The Northside pricing was significantly lower and the free maintenance offer much longer. The way he handled the deal and his professionalism made me decide that it would be much better for my daughter to buy in Houston from Northside. I drove to Houston from Dallas to meet my daughter for delivery and there were no surprises. The dealership and Jared exceeded my expectations. A wonderful experience. More
