I have been in the automotive industry for 30 years. I enjoy Astros baseball with my boys, spending time with family and watching college football in the fall. I rejoined the Northside Lexus family in April of 2017 after spending 8 years as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. I spent 7 years of my career previously with the Northside Lexus team and I’m thrilled to be back! I am grateful and humbled to have the opportunity to serve my wonderful Lexus clients once again. The experience was okay. The only complaint that I have is I was told to put a deposit down to hold the car and then the same day someone else was driving the car putting mil The only complaint that I have is I was told to put a deposit down to hold the car and then the same day someone else was driving the car putting miles on it. I've never had to deal with that before and nothing could be done according to management because their cars are not priced higher or above MSRP. At previous lots, when I put money down, the cars are placed away so that no one can drive it or view it. I think as a business owner, a courtesy could have been extended even if it were a discount on an accessory or the price of the door film could have been removed because it can be purchased off Amazon for cheaper. A great review is worth more than $90 . More

As a return customer I expected to to receive a discount. No incentives were offered even after I paid cash for the vehicle. I think better could be done. The excuse of limited supply does not fly.
