Buying a car can be overwhelming, but I appreciated the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere at Northside. Jared walked me patiently through the process and answered all of my questions. Marcus efficiently whisked us through the financial component. I will always be greatful for how gracious Jared and Marcus were when I came home and panicked and changed my mind on my trade in. I ended up going in again and going ahead with the trade in, but I appreciated how patient they were with me and not at all dismissive. Thank you again Northside for such a positive experience!
