I've never had to deal with that before and nothing could be done according to management because their cars are not priced higher or above MSRP. At previous lots, when I put money down, the cars are placed away so that no one can drive it or view it. I think as a business owner, a courtesy could have been extended even if it were a discount on an accessory or the price of the door film could have been removed because it can be purchased off Amazon for cheaper. A great review is worth more than $90 . More
