Kundert Volvo motors, is a class act, they treated me like a family member. They we’re very kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. After agreeing in writing to a deal and promising to send me the paper work, they sold the car to another customer who they were getting a higher price from. Then the salesman strung me along for over a week me the paper work, they sold the car to another customer who they were getting a higher price from. Then the salesman strung me along for over a week - first saying they are swapping with another dealership for a similar car then telling me to wait a couple days more for the 2022 program to come out as the numbers will be similar to 2021. They claimed they spoke to volvo corporate and was assured by them the 2022 will be as good as 2021. I waited and finally they tried to get me to pay $70 a more monthly for the same vehicle. More
