Great long time family owned business You know that dealerships come and go, but with Kundert, you know that it will be here to stay. When we first bought our XC70 many years ago, my daughter was a toddler and Erin Kundert was just a young girl herself running around the dealership. She is now the Business manager and am sure runs the day to day operations actively. We came back full circle and just bought a new XC 70. Vehicle continues to be a joy to drive. All the people we dealt with are wonderful with no pressure selling. Nikki Denney, in my opinion, is the kind of person that should be paraded front and center in a company like Kundert. I have to say that if all of Kundert's customers were to go through Nikki, I believe that the company will be able to sell more cars and enjoy the experience as well. Nikki is honest and personal and will reply to even your most mundane inquiries just so you know that you are a valued customer. I cannot wait to recommend a friend to Kundert so they can deal with Nikki. I hope that Nikki will be around a long time to continue to produce happy customers like myself. Then, of course, my experience was completed by my dealings with Jay Cruz. What a fine guy and very personable as well. You always felt that you were in good hands especially after going through Nikki. Jay definitely made my experience complete. Hope I also get to deal with him again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend friends to him in the future. Kudos to the team that made my return to the Kundert family a success. We found a little issue with a discoloration on one side of the panel of the hood when the sun had shown directly into it so we are now in contact with Kundert to rectify the problem. Of course, this is where a dealership outshines everybody else. I am confident that we will continue to be satisfied with the service. More
