I highly recommend asking for Jarrett when you go to this dealership. He does go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. If you're actually waiting for your vehicle in the waiting room and there's dealership. He does go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. If you're actually waiting for your vehicle in the waiting room and there's no pressure on having additional things done, he's got a warm kindness and makes sure his customers are taken care of while waiting for the vehicle to be completed. He does check on you and he checks on the vehicle and keeps you posted at all times. The staff overall is fantastic Now with that being said, whoever the gentleman or gentleman's were that did the oil change and posely rotated the tires and did a full check on our vehicle. They need to be talked to. The video was a joke, only 20 seconds and going way too fast for us to even hardly see what was done. So this does not need to go against Jarrett was awesome and should be recognized The crew that worked on our vehicle they need to learn to slow down if they're going to show a video of what they did. Did moving the camera way too fast and talking while doing it? More
