I drive a $109,000 truck and new ownership won’t provide loaner vehicles. It’s extremely inconvenient to drop it off TWICE for repairs. I actually have a vehicle purchased from you at home but I almost certainly won’t buy another. Your post-sales support hurts my ownership experience. It’s not a GM thing… Sewell brings us a vehicle even when we need a tire rotation or anything. More
