I came to the dealership today for a car wash the weather was in the 70’s. There was a long wait so I decided to go in an look at the cars. Mark Yochum approach me to talk about cars. I’ve bought one KIA Soul and traded it in and leased another KIA Soul till now. I talked to Mark Yochum about what I thought I wanted. Mark was very knowledgeable on all the technology the enter workings of the Sportage. I found Mark Yochum to be a very sincere and genuine person who really tried hard to help me with the car. We enjoyed working with Mark. Very polite and professional. Our experience with the financing side was that we weren’t really offered Gap/Extended Warranty, ETC but instead, opted Very polite and professional. Our experience with the financing side was that we weren’t really offered Gap/Extended Warranty, ETC but instead, opted into those options until I questioned it and the payment amount and then we had to sign to opt out. It wasn’t presented in a way where it was “hey would you guys like this coverage and extras, and if so this is your payment”. It felt more pushed onto us which we didn’t appreciate. However we did finish paperwork with a lesser term than what we had originally thought we were going to go with and left happy to have our new family vehicle. More
