I would say that they have a wonderful and amazing employee like Jason Brideau who helped me all the way from the very beginning till the end of the process. Jason Brideau answered all the questions and doubts with compassion and patience. I was really down after the car accident and having financial trouble. This was my first time using a leasing company and I didn't know what to do. Jason listened attentively, gave advice and explained everything. He really helped and assisted me to the best of his ability to get/purchase a car in a few days. I never missed my commitment at work. Jason did an extra effort beyond expectation to help me out while I was waiting for the car to be delivered. He sent me a pick up car to bring me to a rental car company so I can meet my commitment at work paid by D&M . He made sure that I was safe during that episode. D&M has a very efficient and knowledgeable person like Jason. He is committed to his work, conscientious, compassionate, hardworking, reliable, dependable, trustworthy and with a word of honor. I never felt alone during the times I needed the help most. Jason is a real human being who helped me stand up on my own two feet again . I felt respected and well treated as a client. I cannot ask for more to make me satisfied, happy and relieved the way he gave his service and effort. He is still following up on me and giving me the support I needed after I had the car. He told me that he will help me get a new car in the future that I desire and I trust him that he will do so. EXCELLENT is the least word I can give this wonderful and amazing person. I would say is an angel on earth that rescues me in times of trouble. Now I can continue with my work and live the life I normally have that was once shattered.
