I received excellent service from Isaia in the service department. He went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that the repairs were completed. I Thank the mechanics, management and staff here as well. They are Awesome and I highly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett and Isaia in the service department!!! More

Jason the finance person who finalized my deal, more than a great agent. Professionalism was awesome and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Could not have asked for a better experience than t a great agent. Professionalism was awesome and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Could not have asked for a better experience than this with he and Emma. I walked in to the waiting room, was greeted by the staff immediately and escorted to a sales person by the name of Emma. From the point of sitting, Emma took great care to listen to what I wanted to buy. She didn't rush me to get the car she wanted me to get and she took care to honor my feelings about the car I wanted. She took me for a test drive, didn't push me to get "that" car. She told me about the car and it's advantages and disadvantages, which were none. I purchased the care based on what I wanted upon arrival and left a very happy car customer. Thanks to you both! More

I was disappointed in the finance dept. submitting credit searches after I had a preapproved loan and check in hand. 4 or 5 banks were sent inquiries and my score dropped from 7-- to low 70 submitting credit searches after I had a preapproved loan and check in hand. 4 or 5 banks were sent inquiries and my score dropped from 7-- to low 700's, down to lower 700 . One of the bank inquiries submitted to was a bank I already had a preapproval for! Then the very next day I saw the ad for my same exact car(same VIN) for $600 LESS than the price I was given! What in the world is that about? We should have been negotiating with that price from the start. I started to return the car and cancel the deal but I flew down from Mi. to buy the car and had to get back. 3 weeks after the sale I received a call that my documents were being sent so I could register my car and get plates. Is out of town purchasing really that complicated--3 weeks?? Nov 8th to Nov 28th? It is a nice car and I will be driving back next week on the 8th for business. It was a pleasant drive back to Mi so I am looking forward to a pleasant drive back to GA. My sales girl was very pleasant ,Emma, I just wished she had pushed reminder things like check under the hood, accessories working, etc. Sales people work by commission but I am looking for a deal also. This was the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I've purchased 6 cars throughout my adult life, and by far this was the most streamlined, calm, attentive, and friendly. I showed up late dealership. I've purchased 6 cars throughout my adult life, and by far this was the most streamlined, calm, attentive, and friendly. I showed up late on a Friday evening, about 15 minutes before they closed. Adam was kind enough great me and still allow me to test drive a vehicle. He even stayed late to answer some questions. I came back the following day and drove a second vehicle. I met with Adam and Chad. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and no pressure sales, and patient with me as I asked more questions since this would be my first Subaru. They were awesome. I ended up purchasing an Outback. I would definitely go back to Subaru of Gwinnett. More
