When I went to the dealership to look at the car, everyone was very friendly and up-front. I never once felt like I was being pressured or deceived. Jason was very nice and knowledgeable when I first inquired about the car and went in to see it, and Mike, who was also very nice, got me a great loan through one of their partner banks. I signed papers with Tom, and that was quick and easy. Danny was super! He was our main point of contact, and provided great customer service and guidance throughout the entire process. Danny sat in the car with me and showed me how to use all the tech options that I'm not used to, and made sure I was comfortable in my new car. It was an exciting and totally non-stressful experience. They answered all of our questions completely and were totally transparent. I would recommend these guys to anyone. :) More

Mark in Sales always finds answers to our questions and never tries to up-sell us based on our decisions. Being our 4th car, we have had hiccups in the past (minor issues, never anything big and almost always outside the dealership's control) but they are always addressed promptly and Mark and the rest of his team are always quick to find a fix, even when the cause is my own doing (like wanting to keep my winter tires from my old car) More
