2018 Caravan - Went in for a oil change and check transmission...Was told I would have to leave the vehicle 5-10 days just for a ....Diagnosis !!! I asked why I couldnt just make an appt and maybe transmission...Was told I would have to leave the vehicle 5-10 days just for a ....Diagnosis !!! I asked why I couldnt just make an appt and maybe drop vehicle a day or 2 prior to estimated opening...They said...We cant do that You need more techs........service after the Sale has always been my issue with dealers More
