Recalls and brake issues Jason was my service adviser, he was very understanding, courteous and kind. I had np appointment brought car in on a Friday and a week later my car w Jason was my service adviser, he was very understanding, courteous and kind. I had np appointment brought car in on a Friday and a week later my car was done. I understand there were many people with appointments that needed to be attended and appreciate my car getting the attention it needed. With that said I did have some issues not with Jason but with technician that serviced my car. Apparently things had to be taken apart for the recalls but things were not reinstalled correctly and a lot of smudge prints on interior of car. Now I have issues with uconnect. I receive phone calls and text messages but can not respond to text messages. I get a message saying no data available. It is frustrating because these features were working when I left car at service department. Not too upset right now but it will be a different story if my isdues do not get resolved. More

Not a good experience twice. I scheduled to have a recall on the airbag on our jeep. When I showed up the first time. I was told ya'll ran out of them. Then the second time I show I scheduled to have a recall on the airbag on our jeep. When I showed up the first time. I was told ya'll ran out of them. Then the second time I showed up the dash was not put back on correctly and I had to fix it myself. I could say a lot more, but not enough room. More
