Most recently we purchase a new explorer that ended up needing a repair and then another repair a few weeks later. The second time no loaners were available so they rented a vehicle for us. Picking up the truck was easy. Jen was fast efficient and friendly with the final paperwork. Jasper was mid lunch when I arrived early and did a great job of walking me through the truck and all its features. Then the ride home was magic. Back in the seat of a ford. I have had both Ford and Chevy but when I got home I did not have to tell my wife how much I liked the truck because the grin on my face gave it away. Something special about the look and feel of the ford. Also nice that Park City Ford was able to earn my business in Fairfield County where my dollars spent help and contribute to our local economy. Easiest car purchase ever and the nicest staff! We have been waiting for the EcoSport to come out since we first saw it advertised. We went to all the local dealerships to check prices. Park City wa We have been waiting for the EcoSport to come out since we first saw it advertised. We went to all the local dealerships to check prices. Park City was the first we visited and after comparing prices and our experiences at the different dealerships, there was no question that we would definitely buy the car from Park City. We first spoke with Jason who sent us over to Jasper. Jasper was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took his time and answered all of our questions. He was very nice and very professional. Jennifer helped us through the finance aspect of the deal which can sometimes be very stressful and drawn out. Not so with Jennifer, she was extremely organized, helpful and even ended up getting us a lower rate that we had anticipated. Jason, Jasper and Jennifer were just incredible. We can't say enough positive things about the whole experience! We would highly recommend Park City and would definitely buy another car from them in the future. More
