Very disappointed in my last service. I was charged for a tire rotation which never happened. When I called to complain the manager was not available and had the service advisor call back I was charged for a tire rotation which never happened. When I called to complain the manager was not available and had the service advisor call back 4 hours later. I would have thought the manager would have called to apologize for the mix up, but no.Than they just wanted to offer a free tire rotation on my next visit. No I had already paid for one and not received it, just want my money back they took. Than they offered to send a check for the overcharge,’I would think that would be the bear minimum and that’s all they offered. Not a very good experience and maybe the last time I go back to DCH More
