He enlightened us of the company's visions, objectives and training that gave us confidence in buying a vehicle from Five-Star. He turned us over to Jason Howell, who was extremely courteous, exhibited patience, and reinforced the feeling that we would be treated fairly. There was no "high pressure" sales, and we appreciated that. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the technology. Jason was up-front and on top of ever aspect associated the sale and what I should expect from Five Star Ford. I pulled away and realized the offer they made was sufficient and I'd prefer to accept it than to leave and start all over again. I went back in. I explained that they won and I'd accept their offer. Joshua informed me it wasn't about winning, but a good experience. I had already told them I accepted their offer, but they threw in tinted windows on top of it. This put a smile on face. It made it a "good experience". We were happy with the service by Jason Howell, Gary White and Joshua Fichter. When it came to financing, we saw the "Tutman" (as he refers to himself). Why he references himself to a child king is beyond me. Maybe he's an 8 year old at heart. Regardless, the experience with him was great. I made it clear I wasn't interested in a warranty. He briefly explained why it's an option. However, he didn't pressure me. This made me feel like he actually listened to me and gave me more confidence in him as an honest person. I prefer it this way. More
