Return Customer I just purchased a vehicle from 5star ford. I called Jason Friday evening at about 6 from a restruant I was having dinner at and asked about a vehicle I just purchased a vehicle from 5star ford. I called Jason Friday evening at about 6 from a restruant I was having dinner at and asked about a vehicle, he said he usually gets off at 6 but he would stay if I wanted to come out to see the vehicle. I did and he waited for me, ( I was going out of town Monday for a couple of weeks and was too busy to go out to buy a vehicle Saturday and the big rebates were ending Monday ). When I got to the dealership he had pulled the vehicle I was interested in up front. We drove it and made a deal that night. Jason and 5 star are my goto salesperson and dealership when I need a new vehicle. I keep returning to Jason and 5 star because I get treated fairly and they go out of their way to help me by doing things like staying late to accommodate me. I just purchased my 5th vehicle from them. The service center is also great. More

This was my second Ford vehicle to purchase from this dealership. Purchased my 2014 F-150 a few years ago. My experience now was the same as then. Everything was easily handled in a reasonable amount of time. My internet sales person, Jason Howell, was very helpful. My wife and I had already selected a potential vehicle from the internet. Jason showed us examples of the Ford Escape and Edge, then had the Ford Escape Titanium I had selected brought up from off-site parking. We decided on that vehicle and quickly agreed on a price. When we went back to pick up the vehicle, John Little took a couple of hours out of his day to walk us through the "technical" aspects of the vehicle, including the Sync system, the parking assist and other safety systems. All-in-all very good experience which we have come to expect from Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills. More

In Jason's absence, Mr. LEONARD "LEE" CLANTON stepped in to help me finalize my truck purchase. I've purchased more than 30 personal vehicles (varying makes, models, dealerships, etc. throughout the Metroplex) and must say that Lee Clanton provided me with the very best customer service experience I've ever had at a car dealership. What ever situation arose/occurred during my encounter with the dealership, Lee went above and beyond to ensure the situation was immediately resolved.
