I wasn't sure about the type of car I wanted so I'm sure I'm a salesperson's wor Before I visited 5 Star Ford I visited approximately 15 dealerships. I wasn't sure about the type of car I wanted so I'm sure I'm a salesperson's worst nightmare! I was really turned off by the salesman trying to push me into a car saying over and over "When do you want to take delivery?" "I have the deal put together when do you want to sign?" So of course I kept looking and was skeptical to say the least when I go to 5 Star Ford. I originally called in and spoke to Jason. I told him one of the cars I was interested in and he had it pulled up and ready for me to test drive when I got there. The best part was that he wasn't pushy at all. As a matter of fact he showed me several vehicles without hesitation. I finally decided on the car I wanted and went to financing with Will and was disappointed that my interest rate was higher than I wanted. They gave me several options to think about and I walked the lot trying to decide what to do. I decided I still wanted to go with the car and went back to the finance department to find Will on the phone with the lender. He put me on the phone and then the lender agreed to go down to a rate that I was more comfortable with! So while I was shopping and thinking they were calling around working hard on my behalf. I could not be more grateful and excited that I finally found a great place to buy a car! If you don't want to be pressured but want to have a great team working hard to help you find a car at the payment you want to be at...go to 5 Star Ford and talk to Jason and Will! More

For example, this dealership was three hours away, and he did a fine-detailed walkaround of the car on the phone to point out any blemishes or otherwise so I could get a sense of the car outside of the photographs. A+ There was no hassle to upsell on anything, the price was right, the vehicle was clean and pristine when I arrived, the process was quick, and the staff was friendly.
