Infiniti of Lynnwood is an average customer dealership . At the beginning , trying to sale the auto and their dealership to me, everyone was great and professional. As soon as they received my $5000 down At the beginning , trying to sale the auto and their dealership to me, everyone was great and professional. As soon as they received my $5000 down payment, I could not get in touch or get a return call or text or email concerning the update of the purchase or shipping and I never found out what was the actual shipping cost. Every one disappeared except Victor. But he did not address all my concerns . And I had to remind him on sending me current pictures of the vehicle and pictures when the shipper arrive. After I gave the $5000, It turn into a nightmare of customer service disconnect. That is what all average auto dealership do to customers. More

Car was everything promised. We spent hours at the dealership. Only one person closing deals and we had to wait. Bought additional chip protection and still fighting for appointm We spent hours at the dealership. Only one person closing deals and we had to wait. Bought additional chip protection and still fighting for appointment that meets my schedule. Paid $850 for licensing that the creditor net received and they came to me for more money. Causing more delays. My trip permit ran out after 2 days and can’t legally use the car until all this gets cleared up. Good deal, but hands down poor service. More
