I can’t stress enough how awesome the sales team is, specifically Michael “Hershey” Harmon! He is such a genuine and honest guy and was happy to answer our questions every step of the way. I definitely can’t say the same for financing with Jason Moore. The entire process was unclear and continued to drag out well after we had the vehicle. We had to remind Jason of some paperwork that we needed to sign too since he was trying to rush us out the door. He ran my credit again after the fact without telling me after I couldn’t respond to his message while I was at work. I will definitely never work with Jason again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a typical sleazy car salesman experience. More

When Tarra and I woke up at 8 AM Wednesday morning we had no agenda for purchasing a car. We have been shopping online for weeks and had settled on one of three cars. To learn more we called our closest Subaru dealership and to our luck, Tony answered. Call it good timing or call it fate, a relationship of trust began at 10 AM. Tonys exceptional knowledge of these three cars allowed my wife and I to explore options and concerns about purchasing one of the three. His patience and his ability to listen to our concerns allowed us to build confidence in proceeding with a cash purchase of the touring version of the Ascent. To the management of the Dean Team, it’s important that you understand our feelings. Tony is a keeper! He was focused in an effort to understand our needs and concerns and patiently brought results to our issues and needs. He literally spent most of his day walking us through all the steps. Even at the end of the day after the papers were signed Tony assisted your teammates in the back In finishing the preparations on the car so that we could leave. Without him I doubt that we would be owners of a Subaru at this time. in summary, Tony is a real Ambassador for Subaru and the Dean Team dealership. Outstanding Job! More
