Maita Toyota maintenance service Courteous, helpful, and friendly employees, including the snack bar. Nice waiting area. Would’ve earned a five star rating but it took awhile to start Courteous, helpful, and friendly employees, including the snack bar. Nice waiting area. Waiting for the car The check-in was efficient, the service was fast, Jason the service technician was great, the dealership is well organized and business-like, but the The check-in was efficient, the service was fast, Jason the service technician was great, the dealership is well organized and business-like, but the car retrieval was way too long and frustrating. It took them over 15 minutes to find and deliver the car to the "pickup" lanes and we were over 20 minutes before we could leave. After all the good things we experienced this left a bad taste in the mouth. When the customer is ready to leave, get him out of there or keep him informed as to the progress. More
