From the start of my interaction with Jason Saephanh he was rude and confrontational. After answering several questions and still feeling he was talking down to me, I called him out on this. I asked for a was rude and confrontational. After answering several questions and still feeling he was talking down to me, I called him out on this. I asked for a Uber ride home I waited over 15 minutes with no notification of a ride on the way. After bringing this to his attention, I had a ride notification in less than a minute. I seriously doubt he sent a request initially. He had previously told me the car computer stores the history of computer malfunctions but when I asked when the computer showed the car initially malfunctioned, I was told that information isn’t available or stored. I don’t believe anything this guy says and I have completely lost faith in Maita’s ability to take care of my car. I will take my business elsewhere from now on More
