Jared, Jason & Mike were superb in not only information, but the financing, the explanation of all the electronics and management, I do not have the words to express how grateful we were to have these people on our team finally. They all treated us like we were family and not just a number trying to get their quota for the end of the month. If I could reach out and tell everyone who is about ready to trade, or purchase a new or used vehicle, I would tell them to go straight to Palm Chevrolet and forget about going any where else.

3 months to get parts.
No loaner vehicle. Had to rent a vehicle. Was convinced that they would buy my vehicle and put me in another vehicle. Same model but not as many
No loaner vehicle. Had to rent a vehicle. Was convinced that they would buy my vehicle and put me in another vehicle. Same model but not as many options. Lower class vehicle but my payment went up over $80/month. No allowance for my original trade in of $2000 or my $5000 cash down-payment. I only had the vehicle for just over 3 months before damage occurred. Spoke with salesman and Sales manager with no success. Made it sound like I accepted the deal as is. No concern about customer satisfaction. I will never do business with this dealer again and will never recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal. Was screwed totally from what I was offered for my original trade...2019 Dodge Journey with KBB appraisal of over $7000. PALM only gave me $2000 for my trade.

I just felt there was no other solution. I was without a car. I was mislead from the very first sale. I had KBB trade in pricing and told your salesman. He seemed pleased and assured me that he was well trained in KBB tradein allowance and assured me that he would take care of things. I trusted his word and because sale was done right at closing time I didn't take time to review my trade in allowance. My bad. Your finance team does not provide paper copies of transaction. Only on a USB thumbdrive. It took 3 attempts to get a paper copy. Once I did get it and realized I was only given $2000 trade allowance I immediately contacted your sales team. KBB had my car valued at over $6000....just got notice that it has recently increased to over $9000 with mileage and condition it was listed as. That was a slap in the face. Also in order to lower payments to my approval I had to give another $5000 cash to complete the deal. I bought the car in October and in January I had a large bird hit the front of my vehicle causing over $6000 in damages. I brought my car to Palm Chevrolet body shop for repairs. I had a $1500 rental allowance on my insurance. At the end of my rental period I asked your dealership if there were possibly a loaner vehicle available as your body was having proble. Obtaining parts to complete repair. I could not afford to continue paying rental out of my pocket. Your salesman recommended buying my damaged vehicle back and putting me in another Chevh Trax. The model they put me in has less features and priced lower than the original Trax I had just bought. BUT my total payment INCREASED by $80/month over the damaged vehicle. I was not given any allowance for the $2000 trade or the $5000 cash I had paid on the first deal. I spoke to your Sales manager on duty and he informed me that I AGREED TO THE DEAL. SO, there was nothing that could be done. I just checked my claim status on the damaged vehicle even though I was told that I was no longer responsible for the claim as you are a State Farm claim agent. My point was to see if and when repairs were made. My claim was just completed. OVER 3 MONTHS after time of initial accident. My agent shows the claim has been paid so I'm sure it will show on my insurance record. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from your dealership OR RECOMMEND you as reputable. I had a similar situation with Mazda. I had purchased 7 cars previously from them, 4 BRAND NEW, and was screwed on my final deal with them. I swore to never deal with them again and therefore came to your dealership. I explained the situation with your salesman and was told I would never be treated like that from your dealership. I was assured that you cared about customer satisfaction. Unless something can be done to satisfy me over this purchase I will never be back for anything other than my service plan I purchased.

They are not customer friendly nor do they care about
